Hi, I'm a drug development student on my last year of college (hopefully) from Croatia.
I've been voyaging the interwebs for months now trying to find any sort of forum that would be a refuge for me.

I long for a scientific discussion, a sort of journal club/think tank/community that would indulge my need for a high level scientific analysis of research as well as a place that I can grow as a future researcher, critical thinker and a human being.

The majority of the sites so far have been either plagued with pseudoscience, were in fact weird cults or weren't about science but were more support communities for people that are sick.
I'm primarily interested in anything that can be viewed as transhumanistic, in any sort of rational drug design like antibody immunotherapy, Debus bases or CRISPR and in cognitive enhancement in the way of mental exercise, pharmacologic substances that can alter neural function and even genetic engineering of neural DNA to enhance mental functions.

If you have any other forums to suggest I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm looking forward to all future discussions in this community. I really hope I found my home.

Welcome to the forums. If you don't mind answering, may I ask how you found it? What terms did you search for?

As for your interests, I think it may align well with this community. These forums are primarily for the scientific discussion of nootropics and really anything that can offer benefit to both physical and mental well-being so long as it has some sort of evidence behind it.

Though, at the moment there aren't many members so you may not get many replies to your threads. But, I think if you keep posting new threads then eventually new members will show up. Someone searching for the things you're interested in may find your thread and reply to it.
