So recently I've been supplementing with B Complex, Allithiamine & Benfothiamine (Fat soluble B1), Zinc and some others. I just have to note that Vitamin B changed my life completely! It healed my brain fog / depression / anxiety / insomnia / libido / bloating and digestive issues (that's a big one for me), that I've been struggling for years trying to fix. It worked like magic for me.

I know that some B vitamins are bad in high dosages for the long term, therefore I try supplementing a really small dose every day. I take about 10mg of each vitamin (I open the capsule and pour some in my water. Is that OK by the way?)... some days a bit more, some days less. I also add some unfortified nutritional yeast, but I don't get as much benefits from it.[/size][/color]
Lately I've been feeling super colder than usual...
Also, I get numbness in my fingers sometimes.
My memory is back and that's awesome - but now things seem very strange and I just can't explain it, like I get blackouts while being lost in my own thoughts. I've been having crazy dreams lately, very wild, surreal and realistic.
If i take a large dose of vitamin B (around 100mg), I can't sleep and I get aggressive and get chest pains, as if I'm on steroids.
Is anyone experiencing the same?
Should I continue supplementing like this?
IS there someone here who has experience with B vitamins? I would so appreciate any advise.
