I am trying to lessen or stop adhd meds which I have been on for 30 yrs. Not an emergency or for any reason is that I think it’s safer to use supplement. I eat healthy, sleep 7 hrs or so a night, exercise, proper My question is how to use supplements? I’m up at 5 am to 7 am, go to bed between 10pm-12am. Sometimes my afternoons can be extremely so and that causes boredom, fatigue. I’ve had numerous surgeries over the yrs (knee, 2-back, 2-hernia, shoulder). I’m in my 40’s, so I’m always a little sore and tired in the am and in the afternoon. I exercise, eat well, hydrate, vitamins and vegetables. I do light weights, cardio and yoga. All covered in that area.
My stack or what I have is Phenyl Piracetam , KSM-66, Rhodesia R. Aakg,Alpha gpC, Ashwagandha, dmae, I’m getting Adrafinil, Noopept caffeine &Nalt, L-theanine, Citicoline. How should I stack them? My body can handle lots of stimulants, but depressant, thc, benzo, very little is fine. I know I will get sarcasm, as long as u help me. Ty
