Added new spam prevention measures

Hello everyone,

New spam prevention measures were added including:

Spambot sign-up prevention
Automatic scanning of common spam content

There were already some anti-spam measures in place but the spambots got through them regardless. Hopefully these new ones will help reduce that.

Indeed, I don't understand why they even exist in the first place. What benefit could they possibly have?

Yeah, not sure what else I can do at this point. I've already added all the anti-spam extensions that's available. They seem to be bypassing the registration easily despite there being 2 captchas, one from Google and one from Cloudflare.

Lots of spammers here again. Is it possible to make it so that a moderator has to approve new account before they can post?

Wow that's a lot of spam. There is an option like that but the posts will still be seen by us moderators and admins. I've enabled it.

This is likely a temporary measure as I figure out a way to prevent bots from signing up in the first place. A question and answer would probably be a good first step, a question unique to this site such that bots can't automate it. But there are no extensions like that so I'd have to code it myself. Not sure when I'm going to have the energy for that, if at all.
