Yeah, I've also taken the Life Extension multivitamin in the past and it was good, but it made me too drowsy after taking it, presumably due to the high levels of B-vitamins.
I've since switched to NOW Foods Daily vits. It's decent, though it would be better if they used Vitamin D3 instead of D2 and methylfolate instead of folic acid.
In general, you want to avoid multivitamins that use oxide forms of minerals, like Zinc oxide. These are often poorly absorbed.
