Has anyone else noticed this? It doesn't matter if I use generic dextroamphetamine or brand name Dexedrine, I still get hungrier than usual when I take it. I take just 5 mg and it's enough to enhance my focus, but it really makes me hungry. I usually don't even feel hunger but with dexedrine I have to eat every 3-4 hours.
Seems like a paradoxical effect. And it makes sense given how my baseline appetite is usually suppressed.
