I stopped taking selegiline 3 weeks ago and started wellbutrin less than 2 weeks ago. Selegiline was making me very tired and somewhat apathetic. So far Wellbutrin hasn't had a honeymoon effect like it did in the past so I'm not sure what's going to happen in 4 weeks.
I'm not sure what's going on, but supplements/medications work differently now than they did not less than a year ago. Rhodiola used to relieve me of anhedonia and give back some emotions in the first 2 weeks, but now it does next to nothing.
Maybe it's because I'm exercising 4 times a week now doing heavy weightlifting? I used to only do HIIT 3 times a week. Or maybe it's that I went from 120 lbs to 160 lbs and now my body requires a higher dosage to get the same effect? I haven't tried taking a higher dosage of rhodiola.
Tribulus doesn't really affect testosterone all that much, but it does increase estrogen or act like estrogen so I'd be careful of that. It does have a reputation for increasing libido and motivation, but I doubt those things last after chronic dosing.
That's a lot of herbs for your superfood mix, your dosage would be pretty small for each. How is it affecting you?
